When is the last day I can use the myLidl app?
June 30, 2026
When is the new Lidl Plus app live?
You will be able to download the app on July 1, 2026. Although exclusive Lidl Plus offers will not be available until July 15, 2026, you will be able to use the app to see our exciting promotions, view the weekly ad and access recipes starting July 1.
Where can I download Lidl Plus?
Download Lidl Plus from the Google Play Store or the Apple App Store.
Do I need to make a new account if I was already a myLidl member?
In order to use Lidl Plus, you will need to make a new account. However, if you register with the same email address you used for myLidl, other profile information will automatically transfer over.
Can I sign up on the website?
Yes! You can register for a Lidl Plus account either on our website or through the mobile app.
Can I still shop at Lidl without the app or is it now member exclusive?
Yes, you can absolutely still shop with us without an account or the app! Lidl is not a member-only club, and our rewards program is free to join with zero membership fees. We highly encourage registering because it is the smartest way to save. Plus, you'll get exclusive Lidl Plus member pricing, personalized coupons, digital receipts and more.
Will I still be able to sign up for an account at the register using just my phone number?
Phone number only accounts are being phased out. To continue receiving member pricing, you will need to complete a full Lidl Plus registration online or via the app.
Once registered, can I use my phone number at checkout to receive discounts?
Yes. Once you have completed your registration online or in the app, you can simply enter your phone number at the register to automatically apply your discounts. No app required.
What if I don’t have a smartphone to register?
You can register on our website from any computer. You'll just need a phone number that can receive text messages, as we will send an SMS code to verify your account during sign-up. Once created, enter your phone number at checkout to save.
Will I still get printed receipts?
By default, you will receive both a printed receipt at checkout and a digital copy in your account. If you prefer to save paper, you can easily opt out of printed receipts at any time within your app settings.
