The Monthly Survey Completion Promotion (“Promotion”) begins on January 5, 2026 at 12:00:01 a.m. ET and ends on January 31, 2026 at 11:59:59 p.m. ET, and continues thereafter on the first day of each calendar month at 12:00:01 a.m. ET and ends on the last calendar day of the same month at 11:59:59 p.m. ET (each month, a “Promotion Period”). During the Promotion Period, complete the relevant survey as directed by Sponsor. You must follow instructions and provide truthful and complete answers to the survey questions (all information and materials submitted, collectively, the “Information”). All eligible entries, if any, will be entered once in the Promotion. Please note that entries will not carry over to any other monthly promotion. To be eligible, your entry must (i) be submitted during the relevant Promotion Period, and (ii) contain only truthful, accurate, and complete information and responses. Failure to complete any step outlined in, or to follow any of, the Official Rules or Sponsor’s directions accompanying the survey will result in disqualification of attempted entry.

Limit one (1) entry per person (including per email address and household address) per Promotion Period. Illegible and incomplete entries are void. Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, or misdirected entries, or entries not received regardless of cause. In the event of a dispute over who submitted an online entry, the entry will be deemed to have been submitted by the authorized account holder of the e-mail account identified on the online entry form. The authorized account holder is deemed to be the natural person who is assigned to the e-mail address by the relevant entity responsible for assigning e-mail addresses for the domain associated with the submitted e-mail address. Entries become the property of Sponsor and will not be returned.

Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any entrant in its sole discretion. If any process fails to operate properly or appears to be tampered with or tainted with errors, fraud or unfair practices, Sponsor reserves the right to use another means to determine the winners, i.e. ask a judging panel as selected by Sponsor to determine qualifying entries. All entries are subject to verification.

By entering, entrant grants to Sponsor a perpetual, irrevocable, non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free, sub-licensable, assignable license to reproduce the entry (including, without limitation, any and all submitted Information) and to otherwise use, exploit, copy, modify, adapt, edit, publish and display the entry (including, without limitation, any and all submitted Information) in any form, manner, venue, media or technology now known or later developed for any and all purposes, including, without limitation, for purposes of trade, advertising, and promotion as Sponsor and its licensees or assignees determine, without further compensation, notification, or permission. By submitting an entry, entrant also grants to Sponsor the worldwide, perpetual, irrevocable, fully sub-licensable, and transferable right, but not the obligation, to use any and all names, identities, titles, likenesses, distinctive appearances, physical likenesses, images, portraits, pictures, photographs (whether still or moving), screen personas, voices, vocal styles, statements, gestures, mannerisms, personalities, performance characteristics, biographical data, signatures, and any other indicia or imitations of identity or likeness listed, provided, referenced, or otherwise contained in the entry (including, without limitation, any and all submitted Information) for purposes of advertising and trade, in any format, medium, or technology now known or later developed without further notice, approval, or compensation, unless prohibited by law.

Prizes are awarded “AS IS.” Neither Sponsor nor Sponsor Affiliates make or offer any warranty or guarantee, either express or implied (including, without limitation, quality, merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose) in connection with this Promotion or any prize. Prize details and availability are subject to change, in which case a prize of equal value may be substituted at Sponsor’s sole discretion. Prizes consist only of the items listed, are non-transferable, with no cash redemption or substitution except at Sponsor’s sole discretion. Federal, state, or local taxes on prizes, if any, and any other costs, fees or expenses not listed above are the sole responsibility of each winner.

Winner(s) will be notified by available email address. To claim a prize, Sponsor may require winner to complete, sign, and return Affidavit of Eligibility/Liability Release/Publicity Release forms, and other applicable documents, which may require a social security number, completed and emailed to Sponsor within 72 hours from Sponsor sending such documents. At Sponsor’s discretion, winners may be required to produce picture or some other form of proper identification to claim any prize. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute any prize with prize of equal or greater value. If a potential winner cannot be contacted or fails to timely claim the prize with the 72-hour window, is disqualified, fails to timely execute and return any required forms, or if the prize notification is returned as undeliverable, an alternate winner will be selected from other potential winners and/or by random draw from all remaining eligible entries. If no verified winner can be found after three attempts, the prize will go unawarded and unclaimed. If by reason or printing or other error, more prizes are claimed than the number of prizes set forth in these Official Rules, a random drawing will be held to award the advertised number of prizes in the relevant category. Under no circumstances will more than the advertised number of prizes be awarded.

Together, these may be referred to as “Sweepstakes Period”. Entrants must subscribe to Sponsor’s loyalty program (“myLidl”) to be entered in the sweepstakes for a chance to win. Sweepstakes is for first time myLidl signups and existing myLidl members. Existing myLidl members must update their primary store location to the Grand Opening Store location in order to be eligible for the sweepstakes. To join the myLidl loyalty program and be entered in the sweepstakes, entrants may sign up for free by downloading the myLidl app. Entrants must provide their full name, date of birth, telephone number, zip code, and a valid e-mail address. Entrants can also obtain one (1) Sweepstakes entry by legibly hand-printing, on a 3”x5” card or paper, their full name, complete mailing address, phone number, date of birth and email address and mailing the card in a #10 business-sized envelope, with proper postage affixed, to Lidl Social Media Team, 3500 S Clark St., Arlington VA 22202 (the “Mail-In Entry”). All entries must be postmarked within 35 days of the date of Grand Store Opening Day and received within 40 days of the date of Grand Store Opening Day. ** NOTE: Mail-in entry card and envelope must be hand-printed by the Entrant only. In addition, Entrants are not permitted to use any third-party organization to assist with the entry process in any way (as determined by the Administrator). Each envelope must be mailed individually. Bulk shipments of entries will not be accepted.

One (1) potential winner (“Winner”) will be selected on or about seven (7) business days after the completion of the each of the Initial and Second Sweepstakes Periods, respectively. Winner selections will be at random, from all eligible entries received. Odds of winning a prize depend on the number of eligible entries received.

Potential winners will be contacted by e-mail on or about sixteen (16) business days after completion of each of the two (2) Sweepstakes Periods at the e-mail address provided at time of entry and be provided with instructions on how to claim the prize. If fewer than 100 eligible individuals are in line, envelopes will be provided on a first come, first serve basis as eligible individuals arrive at the Store. Sponsor does not guarantee that all prizes will be awarded. Odds of winning a prize depend on the number of eligible individuals who participate.

The first customer in line will receive a sealed envelope containing one (1) $100 gift card (“First Envelope”). In the event that any provision is determined to be invalid or otherwise unenforceable or illegal, these Official Rules shall otherwise remain in effect and shall be construed in accordance with their terms as if the invalid or illegal provision were not contained herein.

In the event there is a discrepancy or inconsistency between disclosures or other statements contained in any giveaway-related materials or notifications and the terms and conditions of these Official Rules, these Official Rules shall prevail, govern and control.

For the names of the winners of prizes valued at $25 or higher (available one business day after the date of Winner Determination), please send a self-addressed, stamped envelope to Marketing Department, Lidl US, LLC, 3500 South Clark Street, Arlington, VA 22202, for receipt no later than one (1) month following end of the giveaway.
